Kerbside Pickup Policy:

Order Processing Time: Orders placed for kerbside pickup will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
Notification: Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via email or text message, depending on your preferred contact method.
Pickup Instructions: The notification will include detailed instructions on where and how to pick up your order. This may include designated pickup locations, parking instructions, and contact information for assistance.
Pickup Window: You will have a specified pickup window during which you can retrieve your order. Please ensure you pick up your order within this timeframe to avoid any inconvenience.

Contactless Pickup:

Safety Measures: To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we offer contactless pickup options. If you prefer contactless pickup, please notify us when placing your order, and we will arrange for a contactless handoff.

Order Changes:

Modifications: If you need to make any changes to your order, such as adding or removing items, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is ready for pickup.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Orders canceled within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns Policy: Goods once sold cannot be exchanged or returned. However, in the event of any manufacturing defects or damages in transit found within 7 days of receipt, returns may be accepted subject to inspection by our technical team.
In-Store Returns: If you need to return or exchange an item from your kerbside pickup order, you may do so in-store during our regular business hours. Please bring the item(s) along with your order confirmation or receipt.
Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods in acceptable condition according to our standard refund policy.

Replacement Policy:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it for you. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement.
Return Process: In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged or defective item to us. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Replacement Shipping: Once we receive the returned item or verify the damage or defect, we will ship out a replacement to you promptly, at no additional cost.
Out of Stock Items: If the item you wish to replace is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or store credit as an alternative solution.
