Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (where available).
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and location.
• Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Store Pickup

• Pickup orders are ready within 1–2 business days.
• You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.
• Pickup instructions and time slot will be shared in the notification.
• Please collect your order within the specified pickup window.
• Contactless pickup is available on request.

Order Changes & Cancellation

• Contact us as soon as possible to modify your order before dispatch/pickup.
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Late cancellations may not be possible.

Returns & Refunds

• Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product in acceptable condition.

Replacements

• Defective or damaged products reported within 7 days will be replaced at no extra cost.
• We may request the defective item to be returned for inspection.
• If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
